What to put in front of your principal, and what to hold back. You make dozens of these calls a week, and almost no one tells you whether you’re getting them right. The feedback lands on the output. The judgment underneath it stays invisible.

This diagnostic puts that judgment where you can see it. 12 scenarios drawn from the real pressure points of the role: stakeholder conflicts, competing priorities, the calls where the right move isn’t obvious. You read each one and choose your response in a single click, the way you’d move in the room.

When you’re done, the report reads the judgment in your choices and what it reveals about how you operate under pressure. When your choices point to a pattern across scenarios, the report names it, including the shadow tendencies that quietly cost even strong operators: the pull to over-function, or to smooth over a conflict that needs to surface. For most people it’s the first time they’ve seen their own judgment on paper.
